The Air Shower Pass Box is equipped with an intuitive touch control panel for easy operation. The panel includes multiple function keys and status indicators to ensure smooth and safe operation in cleanroom environments.
2. Control Panel Buttons
(1) SET Button (System Settings)
Function: Enters system parameter settings (Default password: 12345678).
Note: If the password is forgotten, please contact the manufacturer's after-sales service for assistance.
(2) Emergency Stop Button
Function: Immediately stops all operations in case of an emergency.
Usage: Press to cut off power (except lighting) and unlock all doors.
(3) Air Shower Button
Function: Manually activates the air shower cycle (default duration: 120 seconds).
(4) Sterilization Button
Function: Manually starts UV sterilization mode (if equipped).
(5) Lighting Button
Function: Turns the internal lighting ON/OFF.
(6) Door Status Indicators
Inner/Outer Door Open/Close Status: Displays whether the doors are properly sealed.
Electric Lock Status: Shows if the doors are locked or unlocked.
3. Parameter Settings
How to Enter Settings Mode
Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds.
Enter the default password (12345678) or your customized password.
Navigate through the menu to adjust settings.
Adjustable Parameters
(1) Air Shower Settings
Duration: Adjustable between 30–180 seconds.
Airflow Speed: Select from low, medium, or high intensity.
(2) Sterilization Settings (UV Mode, if applicable)
Duration: Set between 5–30 minutes.
UV Lamp Power: Adjust intensity (if supported).
(3) System Settings
Auto-Lock Timer: Set system auto-lock time (1–15 minutes).
Language: Switch between English/Chinese.
Brightness: Adjust display brightness (30%–100%).
(4) Advanced Settings
Door Interlock Logic: Configure door safety interlocks.
Filter Replacement Alert: Set reminders based on usage time or pressure difference.
Saving & Exiting
Press "Confirm" to save changes.
The system will auto-exit after 60 seconds of inactivity.
