Metal Mesh Pre-Filter is a washable, reusable primary air filter made from high-quality metal materials.It is specifically designed for the primary filtration stage of air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units, fresh air systems, and other equipment. It serves as the first and most crucial protective barrier in an air purification system. Its core function is to effectively capture large pollutants larger than 5μm, such as dust, hair, pollen, and insects, thereby significantly extending the service life of downstream medium and high-efficiency filters and reducing the overall maintenance cost of the system.
* Filter Media: Multi-layered, interwoven aluminum or stainless steel wavy mesh. The unique wave design greatly increases the effective filtration area, ensuring low air resistance and high dust holding capacity.
* Frame: Sturdy aluminum alloy or galvanized steel frame ensures the filter does not deform under air pressure, provides stable installation, and good sealing.
* Protection: Double-sided metal protective mesh, spot-welded for reinforcement, provides strong support for the filter media, preventing damage or blow-through from airflow.
